Export reports

You can export a report to a comma-delimited file. The .csv file can be imported into a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet for further manipulation.

To export reports:

1  If you use Internet Explorer, set up Arbitron's Ratings Reliability Estimator as a trusted site to avoid displaying an Information Bar and needing to regenerate your report before exporting:

• Close Ratings Reliability Estimator.

• On the Arbitron portal page, open the Tools menu in the Internet Explorer toolbar and select Internet Options.

• Open the Security tab, select Trusted Sites and click the Sites button.

• Type https://tapscan.arbitron.com in the Add this Web site box and click Add.

• Click Close and then click OK.

• Relaunch Ratings Reliability Estimator.

A security message appears to verify you're trying to open Ratings Reliability Estimator. Click Yes.

2  Create the report that you want to export.

3  Click the Export link.

It's to the right of the view tabs and Print/View as PDF link at the top of the page.

If nothing seems to happen, look for a light yellow information bar just under your Internet Explorer title bar. Click the X on the Information Bar to close it, close Ratings Reliability Estimator, and return to step 1 above.

4  In the File Download dialog, click Open to open the report in Excel.

OR click Save to store the .csv file on your computer.
