To create reports:
1 Click the hyperlink label https://rre.arbitron.com to open the Ratings Reliability Estimator page.
2 Choose the market by clicking the blue link in the top middle of the page.
3 Click any of the blue links at the top to change other parameters for the report.

4 Click the Go button to process and display the report.
Ratings Reliability Estimator will display estimates that are <30 in-tab for ethnic standard demos — along with the minimum in-tab exception footnote.
